Purple Moo Cow Smoothie

Ingrédients: 
  • 1/2 cup or 125 ml Frozen 100% grape juice concentrate
  • 1 1/4 or 300 ml Plain low-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup or 250 ml Milk, skim
  • 1/2 cup or 125 ml Blueberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions: 
            1. Put the ingredients into a blender.
            2. Blend until smooth (about 10 seconds).
            3. Pour into two glasses and serve. Enjoy!
                          Portion (s): 
                          1 cup (250 ml)
