Sweet and Spicy Popcorn

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon large sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  1. In a large pasta pot or popcorn popper, add kernels and oil.
  2. Pop until all kernels have popped.
  3. Toss with sugar, salt, and chili powder.
  4. Add addition vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, until all the popped kernels are coated.
Pour Servir: 

Fill large bowls with this play on kettle corn combining spicy, salty, and sweet.
