    • Crackers, whole wheat, saltine, graham, or other of your choice
    • Spread of peanut or other nut butter
    • Thinly sliced fruit - bananas and strawberries work well
    Instructions: 
    1. Spread the peanut or other nut butter on one of the crackers
    2. Place the fruit slices on the spread
    3. Top with the second cracker
